There’ll be thousands of you making your way to the start at the same time on Sunday 10th July, so please plan your journey well in advance and allow plenty of time to get to the start.
Start line: Piccadilly

Race Start: 09.35
Blue Runners will start in waves, from 09.35 onwards.
Red Runners will start in waves, once all the blue runners have crossed the start line.

08.00 – Blue race numbers move to start line
08.30 – Blue bag drop closes (Whitehall Place)
09.00 – All blue runners ready in timing pens

08.00 – Red bag drop opens
08.30 – Red race numbers move to start line
09.00 – Red bag drop closes (Waterloo Place)
09.30 – All red runners ready in timing pens
09.35 – RACE START (first wave)
10.05 – First finisher on Whitehall (estimated)
10.35 – Last wave starts on Piccadilly
10.45 – Prize-giving on stage at finish line
12.30 – Last finisher across the finish line (estimated)
13.00 – Baggage collection closes*
* Roads along the route will be reopened as runners complete each section, and when safe and feasible to do so. Please note that runners predicted to finish after the cut off time of 1¾ hours, will be asked to move onto the pavement if they wish to continue.
