Terms and Conditions

Before and upon entering you fully undertand and accept that their are NO refunds under any circumstances whatsoever with the exception of personal bereavement which must be received in writing. If for any reason you are unable to take part after entering you will be offered the opportunity of having a replacemrnt runner take your place (which you will source take). After informing us you will be emailed a paper registration form which the replacement runner must fully complete and email / post back to us. The db will then be updated. If your race pack has already been assembled and stored then the race pack will be posted to the original entrant who must then forward it on to the replacement runner.

If for any reason your race pack does not arrive by Saturday 11th July a replacemrnt race number, chip timing device and bag tag can be collected on Saturday 11th July between the hours of 10am -5pm from the Help Desk located in Waterloo Place, off Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED.    If you are unable to attend on Saturday you can collect the above on race morning between 7.45am & .9.15am.  Thus their is no reason for any one who has paid thier 2015 race entry fee not being able to take part in the run. 

Union Jack B10k Run Limited reserves the right at it's absolute discreation to alter / change / the contents of race packs without prior notice.  Union Jack B10k Run Ltd reserves the absolute right to change the date of the event and the published course and distance.  

The entrant (or replacement runner) intends to run the course within 2 hours on foot, not using any aid, wheel chair, roller blade, animal, or bring any pet or wild animal or mechanical vehicle. The entrant agrees to arrive at the race fully hydrated.  

That you agree not to bring excessive valuables or cash to be left in your kit bag being handed into your baggage bay.

Not to use IPOD, MP3 Players or any digital players during the race as these can prevent you hearing any emergency announcements over the race PA systems or the sirens of emergency vehicles should they be approaching from behind enroute to an emergency.

That you place your change of clothes inside a plastic bag within your kit bag should it be raining on race morning and that you agree to take only one bottle of water at each water station. That you also agree to abide by all stewards instructions at all times.

That race numbers cannot be swapped without a replacement runner registration form having been fully completed after July 5th. That you declare to be 15years or older on the day of the event. To the extent permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, neither Union Jack B10k Run Ltd nor its sponsors and suppliers, including all local authorities and facilitating agencies be liable for any loss, damage, ilness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of Union Jack B10k Run Ltd, its sponsors, suppliers and facilitating local authorities and agencies or their respective servants or agents from any other cause, including act of God or the physical condition of the competitor.
