RUNNING FOR CHARITY

The ASICS British 10K London Run enables over 500 British and overseas charities to raise collectively in excess of one million pounds in sponsorship from runners cost effectively. A typical sponsorship pledge is in the region of £250-£500 per runner. All the charities listed here have guaranteed places in this year's race, and the huge range of good causes that are connected to the race means that there will be a cause close to everyone's heart somewhere in the listings.
Charities depend on the goodwill and effort of their supporters to survive, so why not make your race day a true cause for celebration by choosing to run and raise sponsorship money for one of the many worthy causes.
This year's Official Race Charity is the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.

The Charity Listings contain links to the charity websites, email links, and full contact details, so you can find out all about the work the charities do and make an informed choice about the cause that you would like to help. The charities may also be able to help you in your fundraising efforts with support and advice.
