We have five £100 Amazon Vouchers to give away to five individual entrants.
Selection of the Winner
The five winners will be chosen by us at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by email to their notified email address within 28 days of expiry of the Entry Period. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within 28 days of us first trying to contact the winner, has not notified us of their email, or is not eligible to claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and, in our sole discretion, the right to either withdraw the prize or to offer it to another entrant. In such circumstances the relevant original winner will have no right to insist on receiving the prize.
The Winner should allow at least 28 days for delivery of the prize from when they confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the correct and required contact and delivery details. We accept no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post or for the delay of third parties.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Prize Draw.
We are the promoter for the purposes of the Prize Draw. We reserve the right to: (i) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time and for any reason; and (ii) cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draw. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Prize Draw. Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
